Somehow I missed several chapters of this engrossing story. I'm enjoying Lawson's growing role in this. Willow spiraling out of control on the periphery of the story adds even more tension. Faith's observations as the outsider are fun - out of the game for three years and everything really did get "freaky." I love the relaxed, couple-y moments between Spike and Buffy.

Hmmm..nice :P I liked this chapter very much. The silence and peace in it and still the battle is making its way through.. And who would refuse some spuffiness?! I'm waiting for the next chapter (patiently though)! ;) -hwesta-

I thought he'd eased himself into the whole Spike'n'Scoobies set-up too easily... I don't think he's working for Angelus, or Jenner, though. I think he's been harbouring a grudge since WWII... that's what I think, anyways.
I loved that Buffy and Spike finally get some quality time. Was worried that Connor wasn't in his bed... even if Tara did go in and get him.
I like this Faith. She's more thoughtful and considered in her actions that canon Faith.
Now, am I right about Lawson? And, could he really go against his Sire?
Great chapter, pet. Delighted the Muse is playing nice for you.
