They make a pretty cute couple. I like this version of vamp Buffy. She is so fiesty and fun. Glad to see this story is updated! I can't wait to see them get back at the Master. Sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun. :-)

I'm totally getting off on 'Never been chipped' Spike! And I like your version of Buffy more than the one Joss gave us. Your's is much more interesting. But then, the show would have been very different if I was in charge. And I would have let you write most of the eps.

This confused, curious and betwixt SlayerChilde is very novel. I've read lots of Slayer turned vamp stories where she still fights the good fight and refuses to kill humans. I've read stories where she turns evil and lives vampyrically ever after. I've read angst ridden stories where she cannot accept what she is, but I've never read of a Buffy like this one.

She's not pliant or subissive. She's not exactly arrogant and rebellious. She's more exhillerated, curious and eager to learn... and, just like you ended the chapter, she reminds me of fanon Willian the Bloody. A, potentially, irrepressable childe!

The other great thing is that Spike has no desire to subjugate her. He isn't intimidated by her. His only concern is to allow her to flourish - safely.

I thought this story was interesting from the begining. I actually enjoyed Buffy without the scoobies. This is like what could have been if the councel was actually more evil than they seemed to be on the show. What would Buffy be like if she had been raised by the tweeds with only her calling.

But, this chapter (22) was just hillarious. She is more than a handful and I suspect she still won't want to feed off humans and then what is Spike going to do???

Sorry to see Buffy as an evil vamp. She's just not Buffy anymore without her soul. And voluntarily becoming a killer kinda makes her a bad person too. So does that mean her soul goes to hell?

YAY! I'm so happy there's new chapter! I was starting to get worried. I've been enjoying this story so much I didn't want it to just end.
