Oh my freaking goodness!! Just when I thought it couldn't get better...it did! Damn, this was AWESOME!!! I was wondering who the little blonde blur was, and now I'm wondering who Kirsten really is....related Spike, or another child of his and Buffy's? Damn, I can't wait for more!!!

Familiar eyes, huh? Well, I guess with all the Spike-saveage, Buffy doesn't really have time to ponder that. And on that note, poor Spike! Stupid chip... I was proud of Casey. Good to see the boy can work under pressure. A necessary skill for knowing those people... I have to admit I'm a little worried about Cordelia. Angelus was coming towards her, and then no more news on her fate. I doubt she made him all dusty but for the timebeing I can hope? right? lol Great chapter. Buffy thinking about Spike not being dust really tugs at the heart.

Oh my god, Nia, I can't breathe!!! This was just incredible... Spike and his heroics, Casey coming through like a champ, Oz and Tara and everyone falling into place so perfectly, Buffy's desperation to get to Spike and her fury in fighting to defend him, Kirsten showing up again just when she's needed, and Wesley and the baby on their way as well... GAH! This is just incredible... even in the midst of the action you keep all the nuances of your characters so finely drawn, and it makes an exciting read even that much more exhilarating. Way to go... I just can't find the words to say Brava! enough to this one!

OMG! What a fantastic, scary, thrilling, emotional ride! Nia this chapter just ripped out my heart, tore it up, and stuffed it back in my chest. I think I even bit my lip. Wow. Just wow. Amazing frantic pace of this chapter. The swift movement between scenes just made it feel like everything was happening so fast. Poor Spike! Oh god, and Dawn had to watch him try and fend off those knights. So glad she was able to keep her cool in the end. Thank the gods for Buffy's sense that something was wrong. And poor Wesley, with little Connor. Amazing, amazing changes to canon sweetie. I love the direction this is going in. I just hope Cordy, Gunn, and Fred are alright. *crosses fingers* Kirsten jumping in there to help Spike was just a life saver. She reminds me so much of Spike and Buffy... I wonder if she couldn't be their daughter sent back to help them. Hmmmm... Oh, and Oz arriving with his van to transport the injured Spike just brought back memories. So good to have him back. Fantastic chapter, Nia. Just absolutely brilliant. You definitely got my heart pounding with this one. I can't wait to see what Buffy will do to help Spike, and how Dawn will react to seeing him in such bad shape.

HOLY"bleepn bleep bleep*, need to breath now. HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!! OH MY GODS!!!!. yeah i can form a thought now, I think. The knight's return, hmmm due to the journals being "out" so to speak. Nia,that action was so intense I can't breath and I did not breath the entire time I read that section. You wrote those actions like they were in the gym, in the car, fighting with Buffy. Kristen is back, WHOA..this the guardian angel child or what? Buffy's emotions inginiting and the inution kicking in. Go Buffy. Oh my heart was in my throat with her thinking 'not dust', not dust. Dear Gods woman you are trying to put into a tearing mush here. Our poor Spike this is not good, not good at all. Spike is very hurt, not gonna heal that easily is he? Spike is in need of some serious help. He needs to go the hospital if that is possible. Oh Spike poor Spike, took such a beating. Kudos to Casey for listening and doing what was needed. Holy smokes! That last part was intense! I never truly watched the Angel series - not as faithfully as Buffy - but I did manage to see some of the action you depict here. I read and loved the first part of this story; delighted to see that there's more! Intrigued by the hints of Dawn's biological parentage; glad to see it's confirmed. I'm asuming that it's the same knights that are hunting the key? Also enjoying the bad Willow story arch. I like her best evil! And also suspect that the "real Spike" isn't going to turn out the way she planned. i would never have put Tara with Oz, but I'm liking it. Curious to see where you take that one! And the Angel twist at the end-- didn't see that coming! Anxious for much, much more!

Awe, what this chapter has all in it! Willow is so blind - she did a wrong spell. Because she doesn't see Spike as Buffy does. This spell did no bad to Buffy - let her maybe fall even deeper in love with Spike. But I fear the spell lead to Dawn getting captured. I fear she is capured indeed. And Spike came to late. Looking forward to find out what happened.

Wow! This is a tremendous chapter! There's so much going on. Great S/B and Spike's such a prince. Tara and Oz were fun and unexpected. Willow creepy as ever and oblivious to what she may be unleashing. Nice impressions of Dawn at the dance, and Angelus -- a shocker. So logical that his son would produce such a moment of happiness. Very fine!
