Once again - on the edge of my seat. No smiles. Eyes glued to the computer screen. I can't begin to tell you how much I love that they took Spike to the morgue. That combined with Linda Fiorintino's (sp?) performance in MIB - I'm feeling inspired! Thanks for the brilliant update.

Glad that they got Spike together... hopefully he'll heal now. I hadn't thought about it - but that's right - without the jaw healed, no biting Buffy = no healing slayer blood. Or she "bottle" feed him - like you do to babies :-D Hopefully looking forward to read more.

WOW just doesn't seem to cut it here........oustanding, astounding. that deserves a standing ovation! I have noticed that the chapters are long. Thank-you.....i know i love it! The grief from buffy was heart-wenching. Spike was completely broken. Wesley with the baby was a wondeful sigh to the turmoil going on with Spike. I hope that Cordilia can get to Sunnydale and fast. i'm very interesting to see what Kirsten will be saying to buffy and spike about her fighting skills. :) Loved the comment from her..."Um yea, they know." that was priceless. So many things they are going to be talking about now that pretty much everyone is together and we still have the Hunstman out there. Wow, Nia.......so many twists and turns...love this rollercoaster!!!

I am going to have a corinary before this set of chapters is done. WHOA that was heavy shit there Nia. Glad Oz has good friends like Dr. Thomas and Auntie Maureen to help out. *grins*. Oh our poor Spike is just in such sad shape. His jaw is broken and can't feed off of Buffy whose blood will help him the most. Get that IV from her going and into him fast. I know that is what she is thinking, she will find a way. Good Gods Wes is such a great character. He is was smart and I would of paid money to see him change a diaper *laughs*. Good for him doing what is needed to be done. So is Cordi gonna get tourted by Angelous? I hope not but i get the feeling that he is up to his wicked ways. But to hell with that ass, Spike needs to heal. Buffy good gods I can't imagine she held up as long as she did. That emotional drain had to of been hell o her psyche. Adrenaline rushes will do that to you just do what is needed worry about the rest later. Tara being the ever maternal figure. Connor is in good hands with her there to take care of him. Ok so heal Spike, not dust, Buffy is there. I am going to need an oxygen tank hooked up to me, if i am to survive this part of the story. *laughs*. Fantastic chapter. I am just on the edge here, I want to turn to the last page of the book just to peak to what is going to happen in the end. UGHHHHHHHH this is awesome

Wow, another well wrought chapter. Spike fighting through the firing chip was exciting and very tight. It appears that Dawn has found a keeper in Casey, he was a quick learner when the fighting started. Oz and Tara together is a great idea (even in friendship), two calming adults amongst all the chaos. I can't wait for Wesley to arrive and to find out more about Kirsten.

That was an excellent chapter. It was richly detailed and action packed. The Buffy/Spike was wonderful. They're so domestic, and I love how Spike often takes a breath and realizes the enormity of their situation. You're writing their relationship beautifully. Dawn is a revelation, she's likable and the search for her origins is a great plot device. Willow is self serving and deluded - I can't wait to see that spell blow up in her face. What will Spike's true nature be? Bet it won't be anything like the Spike;lus she's imagining! The plot is fascinating, and all of the threads are tightly woven. Wow, I didn't see "the moment of perfect happiness" coming at all. Excellent job.

ok, i have ot add something. i read everyones review and a thought struck me.....i remember the first time spike saw kirsten and he said it was like looking at a miniture buffy but not quite. some of you have posed the question as to whether kirsten is buffy and spikes child come back ot hlep out.......well well well....the writing is certainly on the wall for me....donno why shes here but i do wonder if it is a strong possibiliy that she is their daughter....well i guess we'll all find out....
