GAaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that ending was evil *grins*. Ok now that i am composed. Giles's inner dialogue about babies was fantastic. Gods that is just the way he would think too. Anya being true self and just laying it all out there to him like taking care of a child was the most natural thing in the world. LOVED the idea of Giles and Anya having relations. I mean come on she is a thousand years old, the girl needs a intelligent older man who can stimulate her both mind and body. Intelligent Orgasms is the way to go. Dawn, that was cute, can't tell you how many times i used to spy on my parents conversations in much the same way. *laughs*. Then there is Dru, oozing with insanity and spouting her visions like they were rhythmic rhymes of fairy tales. YIKES she is not something I would want to cross with. Gods she is just creepy in every way, you write her so well. I wanted to hide under the covers definitely. Buffy, having those doubts inside, so real, so fresh. But then OH GODS NIA, my heart was pounding I was holding my breath...and thinking just say it Spike and Buffy come on girl. I mean these type are one in a million. Let your heart go and WOW WOW. that last bit was fantastic. Spike pouring himself out like that, finally giving himself over to her...gods she better just say yes. Though i like her making him work for it*laughs*

Good to see that Anya is appreciated by Giles. It may help a bit against the thoughtlessness Xander has lately for Anya.
Loved Spike clearly choosing Buffy over Drusilla :-D But there was no doubt about it.. only a little on the side of insecure Buffy. Wonder what Dru will do now - going back? Mmm - I fear not.
How awesome - Spike is asking Buffy if she'll be his mate :-D ...[I wonder just one thing - it's the same in all fics, and sometimes not mentioned because the fic ends then: When Buffy is mortal and Spike is not - will she get older and Spike stay young? Or will they share Spike's immortality? Or will it be a part of Buffy's slayer heritage? The slayer always died young - who knows what's in store for a slayer when she survives a certain age?

Oh, I just LOVED it!!! So glad that you made a clear point that Spike did love Dru, but he's completely in love with Buffy. His speech had me in tears (just like the one from "Touched" did). Oh, and Giles/Anya...loving that pairing...hoping for more soon!!!

So, so good. I just adored the way he asked her to be his mate. I also am completely in love with the growing Giles Anja romance. I want more!!! You also made me want another baby - which is quite naughty of you. Write in a scene where he keeps them up all night, throws-up on the floor, and refuses to be held or something. Quick!

This is such a fabulous story. I love that Dawn is Spike and Buffy's. I love how much 'William' there still is in Spike, as much as he claims to hate it :-) And I've always loved the idea of Anya and Giles getting together. They just seem to fit.

LOL Nia I was just thinking of you last night! I said to myself, "hmm, it's been a good four or five days since the last Origins update, I wonder if she'll post again tomorrow..." And yay! You did! I loved how perfectly you captured how Spike felt about Drusilla and how much Buffy means to him now. And wow, loved the ending! Cliffhanger much? Another wonderful chapter. I was very pleased that you didn't have Spike waiver when he had his confrontation with Dru. I also loved the growing interactions/feelings between Giles and Anya. I never liked the way Xander put her down and made her feel lesser. Can't wait for another chapter!!
