I wanted to tell you I absolutely adore this story!! I reread both parts at least once a month. I hope your arm feels better soon and that you don't reinjure it anytime soon. Hugs!

I haven't reviewed since Part 1 of this story. I wanted to let enough chapters build up so that I could get a real feel for the pacing and rhythm of your storytelling by reading it in one big chunk. I caved around Ch 25 :) and am now back to eagerly awaiting each chapter as it appears. I love your saga; Buffy & Spike especially but also how you've drawn all your characters in (even Faith now!) without dropping any plot points. It's such great fun and seeing there's a new chapter up really makes my day. Long may your muse continue!

Oh no no no.. Willow *grrrr* She did it. And Connor knows - I'm sure! And Buffy knows it too - deep deep down inside her. And Faith is in the play now.. And I think it's good that Buffy is pregnant - I bet that was what Spike did smell *gg* But I would have lost - it was the claim marks. Niamh, it was a good chapter! Thanks to Slinky and Addie too *smile*

Wow, I really love this story. I read all 36 chapters last night, but it was late, so I waited until this morning to review. I like the idea of Dawn being the child of Buffy and Spike and your explanation for why Darla was able to conceive. Also, your explanation for why anyone would be able to get pregnant by a vampire is brilliance. That it has something to do with being resurrected from the dead is just cool. Your Angelus is spot-on as a villian and I like that you decided to use him. And what did WIllow do? Whatever it was, did she really think it would work? I can't wait to read more.

I'm not sure whether I've submitted my massive 'I'm caught up' review of Revelations and Revelations: Origins yet, but I just wanted to tell you how much I love both stories, now that I've had a chance to read them. Your ensemble writing is some of the best I've ever read. Your plotlines never forget where they're going. I love the understanding of Wesley and Giles and the duplicity of Willow. Oz and Tara are a nice touch together. And Angelus's childer coming to Sunnydale is fascinating. These are wonderful stories. This chapter shows just how far outside the group Willow has gotten: she doesn't realize her magic can't dissolve a claim or bring her back to the center. But then she never did. I love the tenderness between Spike and Buffy, relying on each other without question.

Looks like willow did the spell after all. Well, she was planning to if I remember correctly just didn't expect it so soon. When they found out she's gonna be in BIG trouble!!

Willow is good, I give her that, but she really couldn't cover it all. I just love how Connor wants nothing to do with Willow. I don't even know if Willow was aware of Connor. That baby knew who is family is and she is not part of it. And how about Dawn's feelings towards him at breakfast? I just hope they realize what she did and fix it. She has raped these people of their free will and they is really no coming back from that. Just LOVE this story. I hope you get and feel better so soon.

When I started to read, I thought I'd opened a whole other story. What was this? A lovely Casa Summer setting? Willow making Willowy cookies pancakes, because home cooking is the best way to your loved one(s) heart(s)? Snarky Dawn? Wiccas in love? Then, there was Connor.... and I realised... you'd plonked me right into Willow's magicked reality, and I fell for it! I sort of sussed Buffy was pregnant, what with her sickly tum as she and Connor roused, but it wasn't until Connor stiffened as Willow went to hold him that I realised! What I'm wondering now though is, does Willow recall what she's done? She never stiffened at Connor's rejection of her. Nor did she frown when Tara pulled back from her. And, what about Angel? Has Willow's magick been able to change Angelus back to a characature of Angel? What have Faith's Slayer dreams driven Faith to do? One slight worry: should Giles and Wes have so easily accepted the evidence of Spike's claim and mating on Buffy's neck? Or is that an indication of the fragility of Willow's spell? There are some things even powerful magick cannot overcome? Excellent update, pet. Take care of yourself. Oh, btw. Arcadia were one of those 'pretty boy' bands from the 80's weren't they? EldestGirlLinnit was 'in love' with Simon LeBonn *sighs at memory*

Very interesting: Willow's spell takes us back to what it was like pre-Spuffy, and although it does not wholly block their senses to suddenly feeling off, it is a reminder of just how effective the Scoob's judgement had subconsciously influenced Buffy in the past. Xander's judgement was always clouded, despite any good deed (in fact that made it irrational and worse) because from the very beginning Buffy had rejected his advances but not those of Angel. All he saw was her rejecting the man for a vampire and when it happens again, with Spike, his spiralling resentment is fed by witnessing firsthand the intimacy he was denied. For Willow, Spike is a threat because not only is he totally aware, and moreover unimpressed with her abilities but he sees very early on her potential for corruption - and she knows this, but cloaks her animosity to him in keeping him as the bad guy with hidden agendas. When Buffy died and then returned therefore, it was almost like she came back with the slate wiped clean of maligned perceptions of Spike and worked with what she could so obviously see rather than the superior and slayer route she was expected to take by Willow and Xander. They also acted like part of the Chosen Three rather than sidekicks to the Chosen One and sometimes their two-thirds contribution was louder and more damaging than the one third should have had to dealt with. Spike was definitely a threat to their covetous alignment with Buffy. Sorry, I digress, but that is why I liked this chapter because when you restore all the love that even now is stretching the spell's bonds it will become stronger still and Willow and Xander will wane as looseningties with the path hopefully break free. Hope you feel better, soon.

Wow, another fantastic chapter. I was really nervous about Willow's spell, waiting for it to happen, worrying about what it would mean for spuffy, but I like how the spell kinda worked. I really excited about Faith joining the story, love the character and I love how you wrote her in this chapter. How do you turn out such fantastic work when you're feeling horrible? I hope the arm gets better soon, don't push it and take care of yourself.

Gorgeous chapter!!! I was a little confused at first until I realized (dork that I am) that Willow's spell was in motion. Oh man, love that Conner's the only one that knows what's going on and can't stand being around Willow....love the little thoughts from each character about the wrongness of the situation...and I LOVE that you've added Faith into it....especially with the Slayer dreams and her knowing what's been going on. Oh man, can't wait till the next chapter!!!! More...soon? Please?

Oh, this was fabulous! I was hoping WIllow wouldn't know about the claim and her spell wouldn't affect it. Poor Tara though, I can't wait for her to realize what happened, especially when she realizes that Willow basically raped the minds, free will, and live of everyone she claims to want to see happy. Kudos and I can't wait for the next update!

Ohhh Willow, Willow, Willow...oh what a tangled web we weave. Another fantastic update from you! It's great that everyone can sense that something is off. It really speaks to the bond they all share with one another. It also goes to show you how foolish Willow is if she thinks she's going to pull one over on them. She never imagined for a moment how bonded these guys would all be in her absence. Wonderful! Simply wonderful! Congrats on all of your nominations! You really deserve them! I hope your arm feels better! I can't imagine how tough it must be to have your normal life and then try to type for us lil' ol' folks with a bad wing. Take it easy!!!
