Phew. Blimey. Oh My Goodness.

What a dramatic chapter. Poor, poor Casey. Poor Dawn. Both of them were so brave. I thought for a fleeting moment that there would be a last minute save for them. Casey was becoming a solid character in his own right. I'm sad he's become another of Angelus's victims. I don't suppose there's mystical regenerative poer in Dawn's blood??

And... the Hounds.

"Each hound knew their place, each knew their task. One by one, they split off from the pack, until the alpha male was alone, his nose intent on the location of the traitor, while the others cut off all avenues of escape."

Willow? Angelus? Kirsten?

Great update as ever, pet. I'd be delighted to see this continue into a third book. There's such a wealth of adventure to mine here, and well into the second book, Origins continues to receive recognition through Awards and a faithful readership. I only hope those tokens continue to be sufficient incentive and reward for you.

Poor Dawn. Casey was a great character. Brave and strong. Stupid Willow messing things up! Very heartwrenching chappy! Love it despite the pain.

Wonderful! Very exciting. I wondered when the Huntsmen would decide to act; it had to be soon. I like the fact that you're bringing Faith in.

This story is incrediable. I decided to start reading it a few days ago and I got hooked. So everytime I have had any time to read I am at the computer. I like the deeper characterizations of the full crew you have done. Everyone is more developed in their feelings, goals and what they want and how they get it. I hope you are feeling better, read all your notes and know this story has caused you much pain in getting it out to us readers. Thank you.

Oh no.. well, Faith is on her way to Sunnydale - but so are the hounds. And that is not good. And Angel is near to Dawn. And he so so mean to her.. well, Angelus. Thanks for updating this one! Even if I would have loved Baby Love too.

Thank you for another terrific chapter - love how you're managing to keep the story going even when the characters have, literally, lost the plot.

Must say I'm grateful then. Really liked this chapter. Can't wait to see if they get there in time and how long it will take them to figure out Willow's little no-no.

go and help your family Faith... I can't believe that Willow was so carless to forget about the threat that Angel is?? But maybe I can since she only thinks about herself . I am just glad that they all have some inate instinct about what to do when they are threatened and when they reach Dawn and Casey all hell is going to break lose. Momma and Daddy are going to be really pissed that Dawn is hurt in the slightest. I hope the huntsman and Faith can get things put back on the right path.

I just absolutely love this story. I am so drawn and pulled into this story and characters that when I see a new chapter I am so excited.

I don't review often *slaps hand for being bold* but I love this fic. When you update it, I always put it aside until I've caught up with everything else so that I can take my time with it.

You're writing a scary, brutal Angel. I can't wait to see how his attack on Dawn and Casey is resolved. Willow is going to be facing some serious payback when this spell is broken. Faith has no idea what she's getting herself into, I'm looking forward to her grand entrance. I'd forgotten all about The Huntsmen and the Hellhounds, so I'm glad to see they're re-entering the picture to add to the chaos.
