Now that the truth is out there- kinda makes you wish there was the feature where you could just suck those words right back in before they reached parentals' ears- I can only imagine the impending battle between Spike abd Angelus...**rubs hands together in greedy anticipation**...oh, yeah..this is gonna be good!

Great chapter, Niamh! A good read (you write really well, as I hope you know!) and great movement in the plot - great to see the chess pieces shifting around so that our Heroes can get out from under that spell.

OMG! I'd love to borrow some of Spike's holy f'n hells, but I'm trying not to scandalize the Tag. Nia this chapter is fantastic--very powerful, a continuation of the strong emotions we've been seeing all along. Can't wait for Faith's trance and for what else you have in store for us! Ohhhh I so knew Kirsten was theirs! Gah!

Well Spike is one protective daddy......pissed that one daughter may have been saved but at the risk he could've lost another.......and I wonder what is so important she had to come back and save Dawn, and who is Robbe.....her boyfrend, brother, cousin, or the offspring of yet another couple.......more please

You're kidding right??? You can't possibly believe that this chapter isn't freaking amazing! Because it is.
The way you crafted the atmosphere and tension was a pleasure..
I found myself holding my breath waiting for the truth to come to light in both situations. It even felt like I was watching Spike and Kirsten's face as the truth was revealed.
I'm glad you left Tara's heartbreak for next time. Don't think I could have taken it this time.

LOL...i loved kirsten's "craptastic". intense conversation between the three of them. i can't wait to see what happens with the trance. you did a great job on this chapter. i learned so much about how things have happened and more about kirsten. fantastic as always..:)

And AARRGH at the cliffhangers. I hate them.

This is an awesome chapter. I love how Spike figures it out finally.

Yes, it was.

Everybody's reactions are appropriate to character. Nothing would get Spike's temper up like one of his family putting themself at great risk.

SQUEE!!! That was fabulous!!! Splendid and any other adjective that is similar because you did such a great job in telling Kirsten's story. Loved Buffy and Spike's reactions to the revelation of Dawn and Kirsten being their daughters, and most especially Spike's in the end when he's so pissed at her for taking such a huge risk.

Now I can't wait to find out more on these three and what's going on with Faith and the trance.

EXCELLENT way of tieing those threads up. Ah yes Faith would be the logical choice since she is not affected by the spell. Though I think she could fill in alot of blanks even without it. Either way I hope they find the blood on Willow's hands and she become's hound snackies. *laughs* the way you let Kirsten give her secret away, was fantastic. You pegged Spike's reaction to the letter and facial expressions. I mean there he was touching his own daughter that was still in Buffy's belly. Gods that was incredible. Though he did not skip a beat telling her how she was like in big trouble for doing what she did and not to mention his anger boiling for the brooding one. Great chapter. I am loving how you are taking this. Thanks for posting.
