Oh! I wonder what she read... it must be something very interesting! I'm surprised she looked through Dru's things, but I guess if I was in the same position, I would, too. I also liked the detail about William wanting to wait until he came back to sleep with her, in effect suffering- that was nicely done.

Loved the chapter. There are some things I want to make light of. Xander missing the boat during Spring Break. yeah right...lol They shared Harmony. I'm not surprised. You picked the right one for them to run a train on. However, their lives were affected by it. I guess Harmony wasn't the only one getting stuck...lol No but they stated sharing everything...hmmm interesting. Also William mentioned something about the truth being exposed...what truth...that he's bi and tri...lol. I see Xander has a reason to dislike Buffy even more. He wasn't too happy about William wanting to give everything up which leads me to believe these two are still getting it on...love it...I'm so dirty...lol Okay on a more mature note. I like all the points Tara was making to Buffy about her spending her life trying not to anger William and Dru's ghost. This story is getting even better. I wanted to read more. Please update soon. Oh and don't forget my favorite of your stories Buffy's True Love. Can't wait

I keep forgetting about the backstory with Dru- I'm looking forward to revelations about her murder. Also, I always forget that there has always been some history between Will and Xander, which we got to read about in this chapter. I'm glad he went to Sunnydale and that she willingly went back with him- I just hope things improve for them now.

So Buffy thinks she's competing with a ghost...Spike's pissed off comments about Dru deserving it makes me think he had something to do with Dru's death. I wouldn't be surprised if Xander killed her because of his obesessive love for Spike. I can see now that Buffy's navite is going to be a little sickening..lol. I hope you explore Spike's dark side a little more..shock me...lol Oh and I just have to say this. How can really hot sex on the floor with the most sexiest creature alive make you want to pack your bags and leave? ...lol
Just kidding I know why but a least let him finish before abruptly stopping in the middle of it...damn...that was a hot scene...loved the chapter...please update soon

I'm glad she went home- maybe it'll help her think things out. And I'm happy she's being so strong and not just settling for the way he was acting- I like tough Buffy. Hopefully he'll track her down, though, and I hope Xander really will support them now

As usual you have crafted together a wonderful AU Buffy/Spike tale, complete with layers and mysteries and suspense and ambiguous characters. I love it that both Buffy and Spike are portrayed with such depth and are both a mixture of the good and bad traits that make up all human beings. Both delude themselves, follow their hearts and let their pasts and insecurities rule them and blind them to the truth of the present that is before them. I love the sense of menace that hangs in the air all the time, like a third main character of the story, it is almost alive in these pages. Spike is so very complex and a little scary here - I'm not convinced that he hasn't idealized Buffy to such an extent that he is looking at her as more of a pet or doll than a real woman with real thoughts and feelings. Almost every older man/very young woman relationship I have seen - and I've seen quite a few - has had this problem. The man falls in love with the youth and innocence and tractability of the very young woman, and when she finally gets old enough and strong enough to want to express herself more freely and find out who she really is in this world, he can't handle it, he fights it and finally either forces her to back off and remain his easy to handle little wife or rejects her and finds another young thing to cater to him and subsume her personality in favor of his own. Whether Spike is doing this is still a question to be answered, but he shows most of the signs so far, so I'm going to be interested to see where you go with this. Please keep this one updated as frequently as possible because I can't wait to read each word as you post it. Thanks!

I just finished reading this story. I'm now a fan of this story. By the way looking forward to the new update for Buffy's True Love. This story is just as good. I like the William/Spike character in this one and that Xander. He's kinda a creepy. I like it. I'm curious. Did Spike take a hit of ecstasy while at the party?...lol Please update this soon. I'll be adding this to my favorites.

Wow, there's so much underlying turmoil in this chapter- I can't wait to see what happens from here. Between not using a condom and Spike's actions, there are so many possible consequences and ramifications of things. This was incredibly hot and very out of sorts for the couple, which just increases my intrigue more:)
