Does Spike have a reason for being such an asshole in this story? He had to be stupid not to realize she was depressed over her mom, and all he's done since then is ignore her for months at a time and then get furious every time he actually happens to see her. He never tries to talk or work things out- and I'm beginning to think that Buffy would be much better off without him.

I really don't like Spike in this story. He just keeps walking away from her over and over again when she needs him. First after her mother dies and now when she's pregnant. He has absolutely no spine whatsoever. I'm starting to hope she develops an attraction for Angel and I usually I can't stand Angel.

Oh No!! There is not a B/A relationship here (mostly due to the fact of being on a Spuffy website, lol) But the fact is, I can see more angst in the future for our SuperCouple, can't I?...I'll still be reading, as you have made it interesting, throwing the third, I mean, Fourth party into it (counting the baby, of course)... Love every bit of it!

Oh my – we are in the present. Now I don’t longer know what will happen with this story. I feel sad for Buffy. But she couldn’t work there any longer. When Spike would’ve met her he’d know about her condition. Working at the DMP won’t be good with her pregnancy. I hope she has no difficulties with the smell. Please update again! Cordykitten
