How pleasant things are, and though Buffy, who hated hospitals, is a nurse now... well, I'll let that slide. I suppose you really don't know what you'll like until you try it. So, we all know hell will be breaking loose soon, right? Can't wait:)

How wonderful! Such interesting dynamics come from the total loss and devistation around the time of Becoming. And bowling... what a fun challenge for them... much better than the serene landscape of golf. Can't wait for the next chapter... which will be tomorrow... because, unlike Vampires, Hafta go to bed at night. Curses... but love the story:)

First, I must say, "EWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!" However, while I can identify with the ghastly smell, I was laughing my ass off. Also, love it when Spike when he gets all primaland needs to work off some...um...what was it that Buffy called it....*scrolling up*..ah, yes..."pent up aggression." Enough to make a girl go find an outlet for her own, whether it be cold shower or *other* means. :)

Oh my god, that so happened to me too. Way gross and my dumbass boyfriend was gonna make me clean it up also. Luckily all I had to do was pout to get out of it...lol. It is a gift really. I just love this story, especially because it reminds me so much of my life. Well, except for the vampire part, I think...lol. Anyway, I kinda ran away to be with my boyfriend because my family is a bunch of snobs and they didn't approve of him, so I said the hell with it. I just like how Buffy was able to stand up to Giles. I always found that I could relate to her. Well, great story and I hope you'll update soon=)

I just read this all the way through to the end and DAMN....I LOVE IT!!!! Giles is such a prick in this one. *giggles* and I love Elaine and Rick, but most of all I love the sweet married couple feel you put to buffy and spike. I like the emotional progression you provided Joyce with. It would be unnerving to suddenly see your baby girl in such an adult role. I also like how pleased she is to see her daughter happy. Great Joyce! Thanks for the terrific update. I'm trying to prepare myself for the hoops your undoubtedly going to put us through in future chapters!

Like everyone else, I have to congratulate you on writing a really wonderful Pompus Ass Giles. You can almost hear his skin squeak from being so uptight. I like Buffy & Spike's perfect life of friends and acceptance and Joyce coming around. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that when Giles leaves he acccepts that he should just leave them alone. Thanks for a fun story.

Joyce is dead on character. I like Spike making light of trying to kill his wife to a room full of his friends. That's so like him. Giles is sucking big time, at least Spike is there to let the world know that all englishman arn't stuffy git's.

I did like Giles until he abandoned Buffy when she was most vulnerable and then he made the unforgiveable error of trying to kill our Spike. So, thanks for setting him up and letting us watch him fall. I might just have to read again for kicks!
