I like the distinction between “You’re only letting me stay because I won’t leave.” And "I want you to stay because I know you wouldn’t leave.” They're still a bit awkward with each other, aren't they? Hopefully Buffy will make her feelings a bit clearer when she has to defend her decision to the others.

Hi! Have enjoyed this story so much. Very satisfying Spike/Buffy dialog and interaction. Characterization is very authentic and believable. You have done a excellent job here - I hope there is more soon. :)

Outstanding! I love the way your Buffy is finally allowing herself to overcome her fears of letting herself go and loving Spike. I just hope she sticks to her guns when Giles and the Scoobies try to interfere (although it looked as if Willow might be accepting). Ingenious the way you've 'de-triggered' him - at least I'm assuming he's de-triggered... can't wait fr the next instalment...

Awww, what a sweet, amazing and kinda sad chappie. Poor Spike is so insecure,I liked how he wanted Buffy to admit she was his girl, and finally she DID! yay! And I couldn't help thinking of "Dead Things" when she beat him up in that alley and screamed that " I could never be your girl" *sniff* so this made me happy. :)

I love this take on S7, cause I think Joss should have given us some sweet Spuffy lovin'. Too bad we never got something like this.

Loved it!!

Wow!!!!!! Amazing chapter and fic!!!! I LOVE it!!!!! I have to say this is one of the best S7 fics I've read!!!! I'm so glad this story is back. :) The First as Spike's mom was creepy. Poor Spike,loved his mom so much , turned her and then had to stake her. Lies My Parents Told Me broke my heart. I also like the S/B convo here, even tho Buffy still frustrates me. That's normal, so good job ;) Still thinking she's in love with Angel after all she's been thru is so high school.

Liked the last line..maybe Buffy really is thinking she's Spike's gf now. :)

Wow,,,that was so beautiful and emotional. I loved Buffy saying she didn't want to hurt him. OMG how sexy when he was sucking on her tongue, when she was bleeding and how she nicked it against his fang a second time.
