It's so frustrating to see them gearing up for more and then have one or another of the Scoobies interrupt them. Not that I don't like it. It adds to the anticipation.

Oooh! I just caught up on all these chapters and you've got me hooked! First of all, I was wary to read it because it isn't NC-17 (guilty face) but boy am I glad I did. You're really ramping up the UST, which is my favorite thing ever. You mentioned that there are a lot of post S4 summer fics but this is the first one I've read so I guess that means I have no preconceived notions or expectations. I'm liking this a lot and can't wait for the next update! Great job Miss LM!

Author's Response: I also tend to shy away from anything below NC-17 (returns guilty face). I guess I'm just a big perv! However, I'm just not at the point where I'm comfortable writing adult fics just yet... thanks for the review!

Glad that Buffy didn't back out again, was honest to Spike about what she wanted :)
Worrisome though that Anya seems to be in danger now. Looking forward to more, hopefully soon!

Somehow I seem to have missed your last update. And what a nice one it was! Buffy breaking up with Riley. *huge grin* Really loved these two chapters, waiting eagerly for more! :)

Hmmmmmmmm.................................. am I sensing something like.......................... oh what's the word.......................... oh yeah.......................... REVENGE! LOL! Then again Riley's always been the ass........................ almost as much as buffy's been to spike in BTVS................... Then again that's why I love this site for it has a whole other visual to what should have been............. then again if it wasn't for Josh Whedon this might not even be here! So shout out to Josh and his fabulous work! Also Great Job sweets because I really can not wait for kick a$$ Spike to teach riley a lesson or two! HEE HEE! TA!

That sounded as if Riley was with someone too.
But he has hearing problems. What wasn't there that Buffy said that he didn't understand? It's more like not wanting it to be true. I fear a new day won't change his mind.
We'll see more in the next chapter, or?

I like the way Buffy's thought did take (the direction she was thinking = loosing Riley). Fun when they ran into Anya and Xander *gg*. Good thinking why they had so little clothes on.
Looking even more forward to ch. 10 after reading your A/N.
