Okay, so Tara knows about vampires. Interesting. I have to admit it's a bit weird to read about vampires in this story since it's the sequel to an all-human fic, but it's a good kind of weird. Please keep the chappies coming! :)

Author's Response: Hi Pet. The plot bunny came to me and just wouldn't go away. I had the idea even before CL was finished and had a little play with 'normals' being made aware of the world of demons and such in ALOP. It's just how my twisted mind works - figured it might be something completely different! Tee hee!! Glad you think it's 'good' weird! LOL

Wow, Mabel, why wasn't I surprised that this Tara was a witch as well? I love her 'net biz! Glad to see another chappie up so quick. Loved her explanation about parallels...and also love it when somebody writes Tara as she should've been (I'd heard Joss wanted to bring her back evil in S7 and Amber had refused to do it, if that's true), as a knowledgeable, useful resource, a strong if quiet woman, sensible, togetther and close to her Wiccan roots and powers. Seems like you've got her spot on. I'd thought at first, since she was with Rich, this Tara was just a filler character, a familiar name to a generic character, perhaps...glad to see otherwise. Will we be seeing Willow? (How wicked a turn could it be for our Willow to see this Tara, should she and Buffy have to fetch a wayward Dru? sorry you've got my mind wandering possible 'parallels' now!) Speaking of, if we have a wayward Dru, any chance of a wayward Slayer coming thru to fetch or stake Dru's skanky ass? Please say yes! (Besides, I think this Spike would have a cow to see that kind of alternate Buffy!) Are we doing the old Hollywood "Love at First Bite" type 'three bites to become a vampire' routine? If so, does Spike have 1 or 2 bites left to go since Dru hacked into his tattoo (awww...that was something, a memory for him to cherish and she messed it up!) So, he still is technically alive; he has a heartbeat, so still pumping blood, but has no reflection in mirrors... not gonna try out holding a bible or cross, a host (not Lorne), Holy water, and he might be feeling the effects of dawn on a vampy schedule already? (or he might just be tired from Dru shagging the daylight(s) right outta him) and what about sunlight affecting him, burning him? Can't really try a stake without possible permanent results, but garlic? And various other anti-vamp remedies and folklore? Will Tara show up supplies in hand to check him out? I gather he has breath the way he was hyperventilating (sounding) in his panic attack???

Nice explanation of what's happened and at least Dru only had this Spike when she had him in a thrall but it still makes me feel a little sad. Having said that I love the interesting twist you've got going and I can't wait to see where you take this next - hope it's soon.

So that's how it's all come to pass , I couldn't understand how she was getting in the room or anything, let her appear when buffy's there and she'll get a nice dusty end. The only problem i've had is that she had sex with Spike that was icky , thank god it wasn't graphic. You have kind of a devious mind you know.

I totally, TOTALLY did not expect this in this fic! I expected a AU/AH fic on this one! Wow! You did your job! Totally threw me for a loop! Wow, what can I say, did NOT see THAT one coming! I was like "Whuh?" doing the double take! I mean, I expected Dru to get him drunk or somehow take advantage of Spike, but to actually BE Dru (DRU-'Dru'!) and to be Vampire-Dru! somehow going all transdimensional and going after Spike, THAT I just did not see coming! And you win the "Harmony-Passions" 'Award for Unexpected-Wierdo-Shit with Paranormal-Origins and Intent ' for today, hell, everyday for a while while you are cranking out the upcoming chapters!!! Take it, you deserve it for gobsmaking me at least if not half the rest of the community here and elsewhere! So "A" Drusilla from ??? another dimension/plane/reality finds THIS William Pratt to somehow replace HER William/Spike and somehow (well, we ALL know how... or would like to specifically see it close up...) RE-MAKE SPIKE??? So (awwwww!) What happened to HER Spike? (would that be a post-NFA Spike who's off in Hell-A living it up in a deserted Playboy Mansion with a bevy of pretty much nekkid bimbos and some creepy chick with nefarous aims named Spider? The one who SO should have an irate Buffy, Dawn,probably Willow to boot as B's friend, throw in Faith and Dru for good measure, to kick the living shit outta his ass on a bad PMS day for living it up like that even if it were in hell? No...Dru just goes out and gets a NEW toy, I guess...) Or is this a "The Wish" 'verse Dru looking for a Spike long dusted? Wow! This is cool... in Spike's words... this is just ..."neat!"...But also kinda sad, cos from the buildup of the first story, and the initial part of this one, we just thought B&S were semi-regular (as far as rock stars go!) people who found the love of their lives, got lucky, worked hard, made it big, earned nice things, and got to live (NOT forever!) to enjoy it side by side with the person that they were in love with.... wait... for some of us, I guess that was just too idyllic! Can't say I like the story at the moment / where it is going to (because of Spike/Dru, to be clear).
(And dear Mabel, could you put the warning with in this case Spike/other up with the first chapter next time? That's why I asked about this / checked the story for xx/other when I read the first chapter.)
Hope it will get better soon or I just skip the story for a bit or till it's finished.
