This is fantabulous. I need more. lol :) I hate that Buffy and Spike are so awkward now, but I suppose it's to be expected after what happened. I kind of wish she hadn't been so dense. It would have saved them both a lot of problems. I just hope they'll work things out now and that they won't be avoidy of their feelings. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more!

*girlish squeal* So I'm completely in love with this story so far :D I know I'm only about halfway through it, but I'm very excited to read the rest. Good job with the plot and the characterizations. I really wish she would get her head out of her ass and realize how amazing Spike is, but one can only hope I suppose. Off to read the rest now :)

Very bittersweet with them both not knowing what to do. And again time did go by. Buffy should see it as a chance she will see William again and maybe take a heart and try to talk to him directly, avoiding misunderstandings. But even that could end with a misunderstanding again.
Hope these two will manage to find back to each other.

Oh, this is so good. Typical Spuffy..missed signals and miscommunication. AGH! Thank god Willow was able to get Buffy to realize her feelings for William. And now he's coming for Xmas, Hopefully they can finally talk.

Poor William! I'd be just as sad, confused, and avoidy just like him. That wasn't a very welcomy home coming. At least Buffy has finally realized her feelings for him even if it was WAY to late. I hope she woos him with flowers, chocolate, and guitar playing. He totally deserves it. Can't wait to see where this story goes next!

I mean, I loved the chapter, and the way 10 yr old Buffy contrasted with College Buffy.

But leaving it like that! I always try to scroll down for more when the chapter is finished. Definitely looking forward to the next chapter

yay update! So heartbreaking to see Buffy pull away from Spike like that. Such a good person. He at least deserved for her to stay and actually talk to him and make him understand where she was coming from instead of just running away. I hope she does at least some apologizing, maybe a little begging. Great story, hope the next chapter comes soon!

Oh my goodness! I had forgotten about this story, since I've been following so many WIPs, but was super-excited when I saw there was a new chapter. I'm glad to hear that your inspiration for writing it is back.

Liam and the daughters' names comment was hilarious, and completely in keeping with William's character so far. And I'm so mad at Buffy for cutting Will off so completely! I know she's an emotional coward, and young, but it's so dumb when you've got such a good friend. Well, I'm sure you'll make it come right in the end.

I can't wait for their conversation!

It's a year later now? A great risk William took not to go after her.
And now William is there... even if he may not be ready the way he greeted Buffy won't go well I fear, she'll take it wrong again. :(

Love a new update of this story! And hm, Will waited quite some time before coming home and finding Buffy again. Very curious to see them interact again and see where they can go from here.
