Author's Response: *lol* Even if they didn't freak, I can guarantee Buffy will. ;) She's not too conventional and won't take lightly to being forced to marry, even if there's not much she can do against itl. ;) Oh yes, Hank is a very nice man... not. ;) *lol* Wes is supposed to be Spike's voice of reason and as you very well put it, that voice is quite ineffectual as well. This story is everything I love!!! Spuffy and historical romance. I was really never much for Angel, and the fact that he is not a peer, while Spike is!!! I love it, gives me an internal giggle! I will be watching at spuffy_fantasy and here for the next update!
