Jyce is great, I liked the last dialgue.

"It also occurred to him that Buffy wouldn’t like him taking blood from the hospital. Buffy would have to deal." lol, he was buggered either way, I see.

“Why/what about Slayer irritates you so bloody much?” I think you might have a tiny mistake here.

‘It’s raining. I took an umbrella.’ That's my favourite sentence in this chapter.

Like how you are bringing in all the various characters. Really liked the prior chapter when you had Spike contemplating his unexpected dedication to all things Buffy. I have to admit that I'm a very Spuffy centric fic reader and enjoy your chapters that deal with them and their interaction best, but I also appreciate that you are rounding out the fic with other characters and subplots. Makes for a completely enjoyable fic. Good job!

It's a first I read about them encountering Anya fot the first time. Thanks for writing it, it was fun. The solution to the Faith-Angelus-Mayor problem is interesting but it makes me wonder things though... What I WANT to read though, is how S interacts with Scoobies. I hope it's comeng somewhere soon. Oh wow! I just LOVED this chapter! Loved the sexy bloodsucking, the way Joyce found out and sort of accepted her daughter was a Slayer and the part with Spike mulling over what he feels for Buffy and now the promise of a semi-date? Yay! Can't wait for more!

Okay, this was just...wonderful...or fabulous or some other superlative. It's fun. It's well written. And so far it has a Buffy and a Spike with brains of their own and not on the autopilot of conditioning. No Buffy whipped Spike. No rigid, controlling, denying, violence automaton of a Buffy. They live, they breathe and so do all the minor characters.

*sigh of contentment and great joy*
