I can't believe I'm saying this but - you have to update quick! I'm dying here!! lol I'm not usually for the dumb talk but I've been enjoying the story for the past couple of hours and I regret dearly that I started one more WIP. Now I have to wait for updates but hey, it's still worth it.
Will you make B/S fight?? I hope you will. I'm waiting at least for some angst to occur though I'm not holding my breath. You seem to be writing a balanced fic. I usually don't much read them but your's good. When I'll decide what especially I like, I'll tell you. Well done anyway. :)
Author's Response: Ah, I know the feeling of getting too caught up in WIPs. On the one hand, you can read them *now* but on the other, you have to wait between chapters. Personally, I'm impatient, and can't wait months to read something I might like reading now. (And some go for *years*!) Though I can't see this story going any longer than a few months, and I tend to post chapters quick. Anyway... I'm not really one for the super angst. There will be some emotional angst, but I'm not planning a knock down, drag out fight between B&S. (Sorry if that disappoints!) I hope you keep liking, and thanks for reviewing!

Poor Faithy....Angelus, I presume? And at least she kept her spunk, her will, and was strong til the end.
Ironic, innit, that the Slayer of Slayers was WITH the next Slayer, probably, as Faith went out...or close to it, and surely was NOT the one to kill that Slayer.

Author's Response: Yep, it was Angelus. He's set up shop in SD recently. Don't feel too bad for Faith though, she's been a bad girl and not exactly a good Slayer. She was playing with Angelus long before he decided he'd had enough. And yeah, Buffy and Spike are in quite the odd circumstances. Thanks for reviewing!

The chapter title made me believe before I started to read that Buffy was already called. When reading that her bruises were already better I was sure.
Buffy can be glad that she knows Wesley (and a tiny bit about slayers before). Wesley can give her information and is independent, not connected to the council any longer.
Looking forward to more (and more about Spike's reaction).
