Awe, that was the right place to take Hannah. It will take her thoughts from school too. ~ Hearing Buffy being in the same situation as Drusilla and acting totally different got to Spike.
Buffy had deep thoughts too. I can't say how I would decide but wouldn't it be worth to love, take a chance? Even if it may not be for long (who knows if you'll have an accident the next minute?) Buffy seems to be willing to take a chance / give love a chance. Even better if Spike will stay.
