This is such a cool idea, I'm glad that season one Buffy woke up where SHE dies rather than the coffin. Makes more sense your way, but I was still worried. Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Clever to have Buffy awaken in The Masters cavernous prison. This Buffy had yet to meet Spike or even slept with Angel releasing Angelus which broke her heart to the point of never believing in love again. It will be hard for Buffy to realize that her life has begun four years into the future where her mother is dead and she has a sister. I wonder if the memories of Dawn created by the monks will be given to her or is she will just feel the connection to Dawn.
Spike is going to meet a Buffy who will not remember their history together and can only hope that she will not attempt to stake him first and ask questions later.
Looking forward to more chapters and am really enjoying this story so far.

Really looking forward to this alternative to S6. This has to be part of how Dawn felt during this time and Joss never voiced in canon. The Scoobies were to wrapped up in them selves to really be there for her. Not the way Spike was, that and they could share in each others pain. Very good start, looking forward to more, thanks.

If you mean they're going to bring back Buffy as if it was immediately after the Season 1 finale this looks as if it has massive potential. THAT Buffy hasn't had any negative experiences with Spike! I'm definitely intrigued.....
