Love how this one begins, with the tombstones :)
Hehe this story was fun *grins* especially the fight against the small hands :) And the gift horse with fangs.
This was fun :) And a sweet ending.

This was a fun read. Your description of the Manubrains made them nice and creepy, and the fight sequence in the crypt was vividly detailed. The dialogue was sharp and in character, and I really liked Buffy and Spike's exchange over the gift certificate. Buffy's spasmodic clutching of the certificate was nice. Spike playing up how much Joyce deserved a break was a good, manipulative touch. This was a charming story.
