I lioke how you've made him stand up to Angelus and watch over Dru. And the battle with him against the crowd was good for him it showed him he is strong and can come out on top. I love your story because it never lets me down and each new page tops the last I just love running across the new updates. Great job and morre soon please I cant seem to get enough of this

Great chapter as usual.
Your chapters are the kind of chapters that you have to read at least twice. And not because they´re not understandable, but because they have so much information, so many "pearls" to read so yes, I least I have to read them twice. The first time goes fast, because I want to know what happens next, the second time to really enjoy the interaction between them. And everything is important.
I was a bit disappointed that Angelus didn´t talk about the slayer he had met in London or that he didn´t find it unusual that knowing there was a slayer in Rome as they say there was, there also was one in London.
But I do understand that Darla wouldn´t send Spike back to London. Better Rome, I suppose she want´s to get rid of him, and that makes sense...to send him far away....

Angelus refused to give Spike any information about the slayer, which was why he never thought to mention Buffy (although, honestly, I doubt he would anyway, given the fact that he came out worse for wear in the experience). Darla and Dru didn't know she was a slayer -- by the time they showed up Angelus already had her down, and he never mentioned the word "slayer" in front of them. Darla definitely wants Spike as far from her as possible, and part of her is hoping that he will get himself killed by the Italian slayer. What Angelus will feel when he learns of all this, it remains to be seen. ;)

Really good story on the turning of Willioam into Spike I miss the romance of the begining but I know it takes time to get back to the future and a past builds the man he will be

I'd be in absolute shock too maybe Angelus now see's William has sort of a death wish and has no fear cause he has nothing to lose. In a way I hink he has no value on his non-life so death or death is no big thing to him at all where as Angelus is more of a survivor and enjoys his evil life.
I keep picturing Spike and Dru sort of as a evil Hansel and Gretal off to Rome to find their house made of candy and the slayer being the biggest treat of all. Spike is good for Dru in the fact he gives her a bit of a life ither then being A.'s whipping girl.

0I always saw Drusilla more as Williams friend then a real love/couple relationship as well. I really love reading this story because it always seems to go the way it should and never spins off halfway in the middle you always seem to stay right on track and true to keeping William himsel even in being turned into another soft of life form he is always honest with himself and sees thru other people ok I could go on and on but you get the jist of it in my saying this is a great story and I love reading it

Spike is just going for blood I loved his confrontation with Angelus and just the fact he brings it up and taunts him with it like "Give it your best shot old man you are nothing" I was like "Yesssss!!!" in reading that because Spike would do that and then give him the finger! So well played out I love this story just when I think it cannot get any better it just does and it makes me want to beg for more.
