Well, I think she was a tad out of line for expecting him to be there like that, however, she is also coming from an emotional place of not knowing what's going on with her and her mother and having to grapple with her feelings for him and I think she was just looking for an outlet at that point. It's that whole: You hurt the ones you love the most. I don't think she's a bitch. I think she's afraid and doesn't know how to handle something that is out of her sphere to handle.

Aww, that was a wonderful update!! Poor Buffy and Spike!! So glad that she's got so much faith in him that's she's disappointed that he wasn't there/didn't sense Joyce's brain tumor. Talk about heartbreaking for both of them. Can't wait for a new one!

what was he supposed to do? live in her house or something and hope to be there when joyce had a seizure? yeah, i can see that working well. he doesn't know everything that goes on and i'm so sick of buffy's attitude sometimes. she's just mad at herself and of course takes it out on him. i'm a spuffy person, but sometimes i never understood why he fell in love with her. sick or not, she's still just a bitch.

It's not his fault...it's not like anyone bothers to contact him in the reverse. So, he's supposed to stalk you and know what's wrong at all times, even though you don't want him stalking you? A mind reader, a miracle worker? Just like Buffy to take out her grief on someone else....to use him because she won't say it all to her friends.

Loved these last two chapters. Just the fact that Buffy was mad at Spike for not being there was lovely. I wonder what he is going to do to fix that. And I hope Joyce is alright. I like her. More please.

Ooh, this just breaks my heart. Finding out about Joyce and then her dying was so emotional on the show, so I'm really glad that you're showing the effects of this on Buffy and the others. This chapter has so much emotion that I just feel it. Great job and can't wait for the next one.
