Great chapter, this one was very funny. I loved Spike listing all the e words, and the one e word he wasn't going to think, hee hee. And the clothes and carrying were great too.

Lovely, charming chapter.

There were so many moments I enjoyed: the clothing discussion; how Buffy acquiesces to the hair brushing and carrying; her thoughts on a possible Angel intervention.

This is a terrific portrayal on Spike's understanding of Buffy and her gradual acceptance. Thank you.

Great update!! So glad that Buffy told Spike everything and he told her about getting a second opinion/more help. Love that she asked him to go to the hospital, too. On a side note, congrats on the puppy!!

I just got caught back up with this. It's really well done and catches my interest, just RL... Anyhow, hope we will finally hear something helpful for Buffy. Is he going to tell her some details about the situation with the curse? Thank you for updating...know puppies can be time consuming, so hope there will be more soon. Good job!

Ah, it's about time to tell what he knows about the curse. Of course, she's going to flip that he had anything to do with it, even though he saved Buffy from being cursed dead.

Thank you for having him be smart and sensible in his advice and get them to look at more than one opinion. It just made sense to go to LA for something like that, since LA has the fancy doctors and big hospitals. I really am too realistic sometimes for the 'verse. LOL

Spike's try to explain Buffy's illness made it a bit better for Buffy to understand / have hope it will get better. Loved the talk on the porch :)

I like the way you handled Spike telling Buffy about his mother. In a lot of stories, it feels forced. Here, it just flows naturally. I'm really enjoying the Spuffy progression.

Great update! Love that they're talking to each other and possibly beginning a friendship. It's nice to see that Buffy realizes that she can be herself with Spike and not have to worry about being the Slayer all the time.
