She really needs to get her symptoms treated, if they can't find the cause. This has gotten to the point of ridiculous with her stubborness.

Dawn's reaction was fun :)
I think I guessed now who it was at the end of the chapter. It's Joyce mom and it's was happens to her when she is in coma.
Buffy saw it now too, Spike is really not only there for her, he cares about Dawn too. The thought should help Buffy feel better.
Looking forward to more.

WOW. Read whole thing at once! Awesome! Dawn has to be part Spikes too, right? That would make it perfect. And Buffy "feels what Spike feels" a little too much, as in she needs blood, that's why she's not able to eat, hmmm...? Just my speculations while reading. Thanks
