I so glad you're updating this again. I love this story, and I don't remember if I've reviewed before or not, so I'm telling you now. It's well written and intelligent, and you make Spike just too cute. I can't wait for more. I'm anticipating trouble when the Scoobies find out about him, and are you still planning to bring Angel back? That'll be akward. Can't wait for the next update.

Wonderfully done...painted quite a picture.

She needs to resolve that her friends won't control her life. Her mother has a say, since she's still a minor, but that's only for a few more months.

Poor Spike....he has adjustments to make, too...but it'll be worth it if he sticks it out. He'll finally get that love he's been searching for all his life.

I've just found this story and wow am I seriously bowled over.

You've captured Buffy's emotional turmoil so beautifully; the figurative demons she must face as well as the literal make this heart-wrenching. I always felt a great empathy with her at this point in the show perhaps because of similar experiences (albeit in no way supernatural!) and some of the feelings you express, I remember them so well.

This is wonderfully well written and I do hope that you keep going. I wonder how her "friend-filter" (great phrase btw) will impact on Spike's presence?

SUCH A GREAT STORY ... I am all about the stories where only Spike understands B and all that she really is. You are certainly capturing that aspect of their relationship. And she is actually realizing that he is trying to be good. This is cool. I hope you are inspired to write this one out ... it is really great.
