Boy do I wish I had a personal muse. I wouldn't want a Spike-shaped one though, for the very same reason he didn't want Buffy naked - I'd be WAY to distraced. LOL!

Excellent jumping off point for the story. You did a good job conveying William's heartbreak and despair. I was surprised by the mystical element, and wonder how Spike is going to react to it. I laughed at Spike's "Now came his favorite part...the passing out."

The end brought a smile to my face, it's so unexpected. I would've thought Spike met Buffy at the bar or something, but turns out Buffy is in actuality something akin to fairytale! This definitely must go on - it's so interesting!

Ypu've got me intersted, or is it curious? i think a little of both. I've only seen a few stories that intertwine the PTB (or something even remotly magical) with regular human fic, I'd liek to see waht happens. ;)

I'm in for reading it. From the first chapter (and your rep as a fantastic writer) I'd say it's a keeper. What on earth can Buffy do in 30 days to get Spike t o have his book ready for publishing? I'll bet the journey will be an interesting one.
