Well this memory loss seems to be the new thing, there is another story around here that also deals with it.....although a much shorter term memory loss due to an car accident. Interesting start to say the least.

I'm really enjoying the interaction with the children. Throwing them into the mix forces Buffy into a more relaxed mode, just so she doesn't freak them out. Pregnant with Riley's baby? Are the twins his? Nice cliffhanger.

Oh, no........she lost the baby when she was shot, didn't she? Oh! Maybe her amnesia is a mental block on the pain related to babies, since it happened on the night they were trying to make another one. Something triggered the block, and now everything after the shooting is gone. Okay, it's a stretch, but the idea occurred to me, so I had to share.

OMG!!!!! i really hope that spike and buffy can start there relationship over and that she can love him again and soon. i love this story so far and am glad i started reading it. i really hope that she starts getting her memories back and that if she doesnt she admitts that she does love him and they become happy again. please update as soon as u can, i cant wait to read more and see wat happen. thanx

It's good that Buffy wanted to apologize. And see.. the attraction is there ;-) So maybe she believes now that she fell for William and married him. The children are cute, Buffy fighting with the task of feeding Joy even more :)

I understand both of their reactions were just from the situation. But I'm glad that Buffy realized that she was being a bitch to William. This chapter was good. They at least seem to be able to coexist. Can't wait to see what will happen next.

The tension between William and Buffy is believable, and I'm enjoying Buffy's confusion. Her new life is certainly different than she expected, it's no wonder both she and William are so spun. The kids are a charming distraction.

Well, now that the initial shock's worn off, Buffy's trying...which is good.

Maybe she should go to a doctor, as soon as it's feasible? Obviously, losing her memory overnight is not normal.
