Loved to read the update! :) The truth is out and Giles is guessing what to do. But Giles? His seeing is colored, must be all the bad vampire's fault. But Buffy continued to speak the truth, she didn't let Spike take the blame. ~ Looking forward to the next chapter: Because it doesn't seem as if Buffy is able to stay very long. And I'm wondering if indeed Willow did the spell wrong.

wow. at least buffy came clean. i'm proud of her. hopefully, giles and willow can work out what wrong with her. giles kind of pissed me off in this chapter though. i mean, he was all 'you had no control over what you were doing and spike was the one who started it in the first place. this isn't your fault'. why can't he just let her take responsibility for what she did and what he did too? anyway, loved it so much. you're great. post soon. wonder what's gonna happen next. i have a feeling it's gonna really good.

Well that's an excellent suggestion, sure hope Giles does it. So is Dawn sending calming vibes cause of her being the key and being part of buffy or are you gonna introduce a totally new idea as to why dawn can calm buff and spike? I really love this tale (even though I hate the way Buffy is constantly abusing Spike - but then I used to get pissed at the series because of her attitude too so nothing new there). Can't wait for me. Thanks for sharing.

Wow.. Spike was so fixed on the thought to go out (in daylight!) that he could have killed himself... and Dawn was able to stop him. So it is Dawn that helped before; but it seems too that Dawn can't control what she does either, this calming effect I mean. Oh Giles.. so it is okay to hurt Spike, huh? As long as Buffy don't hurt someones else. And Buffy did the right step: not only telling Giles, trying to prevent to hurt Spike too.

Yeah-- Let's hear it for logical Buffy! I'm glad she's coming clean and doing everything she can to protect Spike, as well as others who have tried to separate them. Let's hope that Dawn's mystical key-ness will help to calm things down.

Can't wait for Joyce to let into Giles...He'll be lucky to get out of that unscathed.

New kind of Key, Miss Dawn is these days...at least someone remembered daylight.

Oh, things look really bad now! Primal!Buffy is ready to attack Joyce if she doesn't get her will be done. Oh my, Spike intervened! But now Buffy's rage will be against him! Oh my.. what a roller coaster. It was Dawn that brought Buffy back. (So it was maybe her that did bring Buffy back before, but something changed because after the first times Dawn didn't have an effect on Buffy ~ after she, Buffy, got jealous because of Dawn). And Buffy did the right step. And this way to say sorry she was sorry to Spike was better than words. He'll understand now that even if she leaves now she'll never leave him. Good chapter!

OMG! The turmoil inside both Buffy and Spike is so intense. Loving someone who is constantly abusing you has to lead Spike to the edge of sanity. And Poor Buffy doing such tremendous harm while under the influence of something so vile not only to Spike (who I suspect she is falling in love with) but t o of had that violence spill over to her Mom and Sis! This tale is so intense, but very very good even in it's heartbreaking cruelty. I hope Buffy finds a way to tell the whole story to Giles and Willow and they find out what went wrong soon. More please. Oh, and I really liked the tenderness between Spike and Buffy right at the end of this chap - it really shows how confused Buffy is by all the termoil indside her when shes "taken over" by that evil bitch-buff!

if i thought that i hated buffy in this fic before, i can't stand her now. i mean, yeah she decided to do something about her little violent tendencies but it should have been long before now. hopefully, she doesn't try to blame this just on the claim. some of it is her too. anyway, i really love this story and thanks for the post. i can't wait to find out what happens next. this chapter was wild. i can't believe she was going to hit her mother. wow. great job.
