This is a good story, but my one criticism is that you need a beta, the spelling & grammar are bad. Its a shame to spoil a good story with poor english: and when is the "wizard" going to do his wizz thing?

Spike isn't different (man/demon). He's 'good' even with his demon. Angel isn't. I think Buffy is wrong here. She's right that Angel will suffer because for him it's different (two people) too.
Uh-huh bad! Angelus got her. Then she has to fight for her life now. ~ Looking really forward to the next parts!

They are fighting over the orb..ah I see: Spike thought Buffy wants Angel back, tried it for her. But the guessed wrong.
Good that they have an understanding now, that Spike knows now that Buffy would choose him :))
