Wonder if Buffy lives at the Center. Oh yeah, seem to be the case. And Spike said it: She had money to spend on a slave but she lived in a run down shack where the front door was worth a dozen times more then everything else inside She truly has some secrets. At last Spike knows now she is the slayer. I wonder if she is fighting like a gladiator. And there seems to be something special about the next fight. ~ Till next time!

Oh yeah *gg* Spike's plan worked so well.... but if i had he and Buffy would never have met :) ~ So Buffy was a slave too? Seems they got her because she was a Slayer (to be). So she is a Slayer now (I guess) and very famous. Yet she never killed a vampire... interesting. Wonder what she does (hunts). Seems as Buffy knows now which slave she wants :) And I'm glad SR is back! Phew! Was gone for 15 minutes.

i'm hooked! that's the third story with slave spike... and i must say, they are great fics! the underworld you created is very original and believable.... and your buffy, who wonders if she is half demon, and if she could get some answer from a vampire, is quite strong willed and determined. I hope to discover soon how spike will react when he discovers she is the slayer...

Good start - it's an interesting universe you're creating here. With Buffy's ignorance of her slayerly calling (and accompanying abilities) uncovering them is going to be fun I'm sure, and while she's no doubt carrying some (emotional/psychological) scars from her experiences as a slave, abductee, and then fish-out-of-water in her own home, it'll be interesting to see how (or indeed IF) she learns to relate to Spike and to vampires in general, without all of the Angel baggage she had in BtVS.

Author's Response: It should become clearer as the story progresses, but Spike's history is pretty much intact up to when he should have gone to Sunnydale. It's mostly Buffy's past I've tampered with. Glad you are enjoying it so far.
