Very interesting update - love how much closer they are now. But if Buffy has to go back there, then Spike will go with her, right? And face his darkest fears? And

Did I told you how glad I am they talked at last? :) I am. *gg* ~ And Mara asked a good question: These bodyguard-vamps were able to attack humans.. but they didn't attack Riley. I didn't think that they would have been through the training camp. And I don't believe that - if they had - that they wouldn't try to attack Riley. Interesting... ~ Awe, and Mara has good ears :)

Loved the tender scene in the bathroom between Buffy and Spike-- Maks "seeing red" such a distant memory, like a bad dream. But to hear him beg her to reassure his fears, that is so *very* Spike. Well done. Now, seriously, I've been a patient woman. But you promised that Spike would be feeling better by the evening. Tell me, please, that next chapter has some serious Spuffy in it! I'm dying, here. Withdrawal is such a slow, painful death. Put me out of my misery-- Please. Now *I'm * the one who is begging! ;)

AWWWW HOW CUTE!!!!! yay anyas pregnant thats so cute and i thought it was a great way to ease some tension in the story. i love this story and am so happy that u updated. im so glad that spike was so happy about her telling him that she loved him, that was sweet. i really hope that everything works out and that buffy and the gang stays safe. also i really hope that they can unchip or atleast free all vampires. i really hope that buffy and spiek stay happy and that they work out. please update as soon as u can, i cant wait to read more thanx.

I wonder if Riley has deliberately turned soldiers he trusted to begin with, then reinforced the training, so they're still loyal.

Somehow, I had a feeling that Anya would be pregnant here.

Doesn't surprise me at all that Riley uses assassins. And, of course, they wouldn't officially exist.

Awe, Buffy and Spike talked at last! It was time... there where so many misunderstandings! Beautiful written when Spike told Buffy what love is. Loved it :-D Good chapter! Spike's "I never left" was heartbreaking. Buffy wasboth honest and supportive "I know what love is" was perfectly wonderful., and very true coming from Spike. I love the way Spike and Bujffy discovered her love for him togetther.

Yup, the ending was great, but now I want to see Spike's reaction to hearing those words....!!!
