Oh damn! You know this story really hits home with me. I met this guy, a real sweetie from England who was in the RAF.
Okay, I'm going off track here, but what I'm getting at is that the whole thing was so damned romantic, letter writing, pining you get the picture. However, it couldn't work out because he was overseas and I was here in CA.
Sigh...I just hope that William/Spike and Buffy can get around the 'Pond' and make a go of it!
