I should have started dinner an hour ago, but I kept saying "one more chapter.." Started reading this last night (stayed up way too late) and couldn't wait to get home today to finish. Thanks for such a wonderful story- i like the ratio of sex: story. It even inspired Spike-themed dreams last night (always a bonus). My fave line- "I made love to you every time, Buffy. Every damn time."

I always love your stories. This was no different. Loved it! I am sad to hear that people were threatening not to finish reading it because of the angst. The angst jsut makes the getting back together that much better!

WOW. I just read all 29 chappies at once - took me hours. Worth every minute!!!! (I usually wait till a fic is complete before I read - so glad this one was finally done so I could read it! Heard so many good things about it I was about to break down and read it unfinished!) Addie, you are the WoMan! And you know what? Angst is our friend. See how much hotter the sex is after a bit of angst? Yum!

wow this story was so good. ussualy i dont enjoy stories depicting spike as the weak on but you did an awesome job with this fic. keep it up. by the way keep writing the sex scenes those were hottttttt

I loved it, loved it, LOVED IT!!!! Great ending, and I'm sad to see it finish already. So happy that William ended with little flashes of 'Spike' that we love and he and Buffy stayed together. Cute scene and well loved. Thank you soo much for such a delicious story.

OK... this chapter is sweet and probably the best way to end this story.. however.. if you FEEL the need to do a Christmas smutty epilogue, I'm TOTALLY game. I truly love this story and it is definitely one of my favorite Spuffy AU fanfics out there.
