All of these new chapters make me a very happy reader. You did a wonderful job giving Spike some depth in this chapter. I love Spike's attempt to show Buffy his romantic side...“Don’t take that lightly, Summers. I’m bloody fond of Twinkies.”...love exasperated Spike climbing the tree...love intense Spike being so open with Buffy. Spike is evolving. Buffy is giving him a chance. Looks like his inner makeover has begun. Interesting to see how that friendship thing works out for these two formerly bitter enemies. Imagination runs wild thinking about the next chapter.

I've been enjoying this story, but I have to say this is my fav chappie so far. -the tree climbing, the blanket on the car, twinkie sharing, meaningful conversation- It was all really lovely

Love all the new chapters. Warren? Warren? What was Spike thinking? Shudder. Spike had to know that Warren would not work. Makes me go hmmmm. Spike made Buffy get drunk & cry. I felt bad for Buffy. Buffy made Spike feel bad for the first time it seems in forever. I did not feel bad for Spike. These two have quite an effect on each other. The next chapter should be very interesting. Looking forward to it. Oh & I find Anya & Xander's wedding talk very amusing. Eight hundred guests...

I really liked this part. I like that you gave them a chance to interact together casually before things get going. Liked that they were surprised by their enjoyment. These are two lines that I liked...“So I think your little make-over-Buffy was a success. I think I look rather cute.”...and...“So Professor Higgins, I think I’m ready. Bring on the boys. I’m going to knock ‘em dead. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. I can do this,” She smiled at her feigned confidence."

Just caught up on this story. I love it. Lorne made me laugh with his reaction to Buffy's makeover. Spike's reaction amd me eager for things to come. Can't wait to see how it goes when Buffy & Spike spend some actual time together.

A new chapter is always good. Your story is getting really good. Spike with a Buffy mission...you just know...it is Spikelious good. Buffy getting a Spike sponsered makeover is beyond good. Another new chapter very soon will make it even better.
