Okay, you know I love this story. But I kind of skipped most of this chapter. I've seen the episode a number of times so I just read the bits where we got to see Elizabeth's thoughts. *shrug* Sorry. Looking forward to more chapters and some spuffy.

Author's Response: I knew you'd all be getting sick of the rewrites soon, so not to worry, this is actually the last full-blown one. You'll still be hearing about the slayerverse though, just not as extensively and only how it pertains to the characters in the attic.

I love this story So much and freaked out the other day when I couldn't read it without being registered. Then it said I had to pay $5 just to read but it was a mistake thank goodness! lol I check for updates all the time and haven't seen the story anywhere else. I'm glad that Joyce seems to really love her children. I like how you have put in parts of the Buffyverse stuff in William's stories. Well can't wait for more!

I am lovin' this story!!

I just found read through the story, having shied away from it before. I am still a little unsure of how I am going to feel about a differents sort of relationship between the two, I am loving how you have crafted the characters. I didn't read through the reviews, but I am wondering why none of the characters have addressed the fact that the mother could have tried to work before giving in. Plenty of people have to live like that. I know that they mentioned it at the beginning, but Elizabeth being who she is, wouldn't she have thought again about a possibility besides this? Of course these are your characters and your story which I really like, but I was just wondering about that one thing.

Author's Response: I absolutely agree with you that if this was real life she definitely would have been able to go to work in order to care for her family. Both William and Elizabeth touched on them getting jobs to help out as well, but if this happened, there would be no need for the story as this is about them being stuck in the attic. So you just need to suspend belief a bit in order for the plot to work. Thanks for the review and I hope you stick with it despite the subject matter.

Hmm. She still sucks lol. Love the easy banter with Will and Buffy. Very excited for more, keep up the great work :)
