So Buffy was in shock too. She was pregnant with some devil thing when she should have been carrying William's baby. And she could never tell him because she didn't have the words. Too bad she couldn't express herself and tell Spike. So he doesn't understand how she feels. Oh I hope Spike can keep his promise that Buffy won't die this time!

Loved the description of that ache inside her. Only filled when Spike was there... never endeavoring to make heads or tails to why that was. And then stumbling onto that porthole again. Let's see how they handle it this time. Great start to a whole new part of this story. Wonderful!
