Phew! I've just read all of your 25 chapters and I think I'm in love with your story. And your Spike. He's just right, as evil as he should be, and as I want him. Buffy, well she's obviously fucked up, but things seems to be getting better. And now... I'm dying to find out who's watching them! Keep writing and I'll watch for your updates!

I laughed out loud at Spike's line about walking her home being on his way to her bedroom. This was another light chapter right up to the last line. Who could be tailing them? I'm looking forward to finding out!

Last chapter's conversation with Spike didn't really resolve anything, but it seems to have given Buffy some much needed confidence. I liked the wat this last chapter eased the relationship with Xande, Willow and Buffy. Her explanation of needing them even as she was pushing them away made sense. The banter was light even though the themes were heavy.

A lovely reconciliation chapter. Lots to talk through, but it still felt as though each was stating their pain but couldn't quite hear and understand the other's perspective. As long as they made up though, that's a step forward. I just hope that Buffy's decision not to share with them the Spike stuff doesn't come back and bite her on the tush later on...
