I just came across this tale today and WOW! I LOVE IT! however.... I screamed in frustration with that final line "she kissed him" and there you left it - So, after reading some of your "you reviewed so I'm giving you another chap" I hoping if I smooze a bit in this review you will type really really fast! so here's the smoozing. EXCELLENT TALE, LOVE IT TO BITS, NEED MORE OR I JUST MIGHT STOP BREATHING - THIS TALE IS BETTER THAN AIR! Please please please give me more soon. And I'll bet EROS is smiling smugly right about now. more please.

Yea. That's it! That's exactly the way it should happen. I can't wait for the next chapter. I hope it isn't too abusive. I've never liked the terrible emotional abuse Buffy lumped on Spike.

Awe, poor Spike! Almost no demons to fight..and full denial-Buffy in the driver seat. *grins* I wonder if it will get more - now they are fighting ;-) Eros is always good for a surprise - but so are Buffy and Spike too. :)

Loving Denial!Buffy! I like the rapid segway between her lusting after Spike to threatening him for smoking in the magic box, and back to the lust. Very in character! And Buffy's longin for her idialized, lost "normal" life was touching. I sort of forgotten that her parents divorced right about the time she was slayer-ized-- I'm sure it all did seem to go wrong starting then,
