I loved the chapter :) I think it's absolutely essential that Buffy hasn't given in yet - totally the deciding factor on why I love it. Spike is a big jerk! Though he's all charming and persistent, he hasn't done anything to make him worthy of a second chance. And he expressed what a hypocrite he is with that one line. I hope you redeem him in some drastic way because I would hate to see Buffy just eventually give in because he's one persistent fool. Keep up the great work!

I agree with Raspy-luv. In my opinion, there really isn't any redeeming of Spike in this story, I've officially decided I don't want Spike to get back with Buffy. He's just a two-timing jerk and I'd prefer Buffy with someone at least nice who actually does love Buffy. The fact that he is cheating on Dru (even though she deserves it) and his line, "Taking back what's mine" just proves that he is an ass and doesn't really care about anybody but himself. I'm rooting for her to meet someone in college that will become her true love.

I'm glad Buffy still isnt giving in to Spike - if he wants her back so badly why hasnt he dumped Dru yet? It's like he wants to have his cake and eat it too and that's kind of low. I thought there may be redemption for his actions, but I'm over it now. There are going to have to be some amazing tricks pulled for me to buy that he deserves any kind of forgiveness. He is a disrespectful asshole who only has his wants and desires in mind. No matter what he says, he doesn't truly care about Buffy. If he had split up with Dru and shown up at the dance alone, I would have a different opinon. It won't help any when he gets hurt because Dru cheats on him (and I'm just speculating here) with Angelus. In this story, Spike is a sack of shit.

I REALLY hate Spike. Buffy is totally justified, even if she's being stupid about Angelus. How Spike could continue to date Dru officially and then go on about wanting to be with buffy everytime he sees her just amazes me- it's like he's hedging his bets so he won't be alone or something and the whole thing is completely sleezy. I love your writing and I like how Buffy is acting, but it's going to take a LOT of work to make me want to see her back with Spike again!

Thank God she walked out in the end....I'm actually tired of Spike and his have one woman and want another illogical thinking.....what she is going to believe you love her and onaly her, while youi are dating, SLEEPING, with another woman, bitching like a girl about being with another man.....to be honest I like Angelus more then I like Spike right now, at least he hasn't lied to her and said he loves her, just using her....and I think in turn she will realize she is using him. When is he supposed to start redeeming himself, LOL, all I notice is the hole is getting deeper...and my hands are so itching to shovel the first load of stinky stuff in Spikey's face, LOL!
