I love this story. And this chapter was excellent too. I'm glad that Willow is showing an interest in Oz, because I never liked her with Xander. And Xander and Cordy insulting each other while she sighed into his shoulder was cute and funny at the same time. I'm happy that Buffy seemed to understand where Spike was coming from after their fight. Btw, there should be a stronger answer than "Yes" for recommending this fic. Please update soon.

Oh, Megan! Fantastic chapter!! The smutties were eye-crossing and brain melting. The alley scene when Buffy found Angelus draining Cordy had me on the edge of my seat. And the post fight moment between Spike and Buffy was deeply powerful for the emotional intensity. Just outta curiousity, have I mentioned yet how much I love this story? Slinky want more, please! :-D

I'm really loving the inner struggle Spike is going through dealing with what he knows and what he can and can't change. It's a fun story and the concept is working great. Can't wait to see how Spike avoids cocking things up.

Yes, yes , yes - take down Dru, Please! I am all for the saving of Xander and stopping him from turning into what he became on the show. But Dru - looking for the big takedown. I'm also more than willing for Angelus to go, too. In the meantime - loved the treelove and Buffy's fierce protection of Spike. ;o) Thanks!
