When Lorne didn't find a thing to tell Spike I wondered what would happen now. But sending Spike to Angel's team was a good decision - with Buffy being there. Maybe she can help him remember.
But weird that Lorne couldn't read him.

Poor Buffy's missing her Platinum Baby. I want them to find each other so much. But it's going to be sad when she finds out that Spike lost his memory. It will still be awesome though :D I suppose they'll have to get to know each other again

I always thought that 'Sunnydale Surprise' thing with awakening all of the Slayers was a bad idea. We saw what happened with that one crazy chick on AtS *shudders and wants to cuddle Spike* I understand why they did it - they were in a tough spot - but it seemed like a solution that would have some bad (and possibly tragic) longterm effects. But then, most of the characters were behaving so strange (almost unrecognizable) by that point in the show, it wasn't surprising that they went through with it despite any potential badness. *Rant about how BtVS got weird in s7, over* lol

Author's Response: Yup, when Buffy and Spike find each other, it will be like a clean slate, for both of them. Hopefully Matt can still fall in love with her! And I agree with you about the ending of S7, it seems that they didn't think about the possible badness, because not every girl in the world will want to do good with their sudden superstrength. When you come to think it's really not fair to Buffy not letting er and Spike be together; but lorn doesn't know the exact prophecy yet.
Mmmh hmmm, Spike got the prophecy. But at the important point it stopped: Dimensions will bend and shift. And bring...
And Buffy wasn't amused about Angel's intentions. So fingers crossed that Buffy is quicker finding Spike. Not sure how Lorne will react; depends on what he reads in Spike I guess.

I'm really enjoying the story so far! I like Buffy being in the LA setting and interacting with the AtS crew. The stuff with Lorne was great, I love Lorne :) But poor Spikey, all amnesia-having and scared. It's sad that he drained that Zoey woman, but I can see how it happened without meaning that he's evil again. Spike wasn't aware that he has a demon inside him that he has to make an effort to control, and the demon took over. He's probably going to beat himself up about what he did, not that I can blame him *wants to cuddle him more than usual*

Ooh, what Lorne told Angel doesn't bode well for a happy Spuffy reunion... Is it bad that I *still* want them to reunite despite it bringing an apocalypse? lol

I was in no way making him evil, becuase he still has his sould, it was like a wakeup call lol Getting the ball going so he knew he had to find out what he was. *wants to cuddle him too* This fic is totally new to me, I haven't had this much interaction with Angel or the setting being in L.A. befor, so its all new and interesting to write for me lol Which is always fun.
