"Mystical? I hadn't thought of that! Thank you so much Angel for telling me that a vampire suddenly coming back to life is mystical. What would I do without you?" Angel can be soo self focused some times. Especially around Buffy. Poor Spike, hospitals, definitely never fun.

How can spike not want to get back together with Buffy??!!! Hopefully the two of them enjoy their day out together and realize that they are meant for one another. keep up the good work.

don't let complaints from people bother you....the spuffy thing is neat, but it's the other characters that make it worth the read; honestly it would be boring if every story was just spike loves buffy, buffy hates spike, eventually tolerates him and falls in love.....been done too many times before!

Beautiful moments between them. And her fears? Good. I hope she realizes soon exactly what she has in Spike, with Spike. His fears . . . I hate that he's always so unsure of how she feels about him. I hope there's some resolution in a good way soon. And Morty -- should be kicked to the curb. Just so you know, I loved the interaction about the car. Priceless. Keep up the very very good work.

I think the pacing is perfect. You just stick to your plan and what the story is telling your do. I love the fact that they aren't jumping back into one another's arms, but realizing there are real world issues a mile deep between them that need to be dealt with befor (or if) anything more can happend between them. This chapter pointed out all those issues perfectly. Life isn't perfect and it certainly hasn't been for the two of them so I think it fits that their reunion isn't going that way either. This chapter demonstrated perfectly the chemistry and connection they have always had while juxtaposing it agains the problems that are between them too. Looking forward to their day in the sun.

I'm enjoying this story and I like the pace with which you are developing it. I think that their ambivalence makes sense, given the amount of time and all of the events that have happened since they were last together. I think the Buffy avoidance is in character - although always frustrating! I also think that the Angel angle is going to present some difficulties, since he seems to think it's 'all about him'. It's your story and you should develop it as you like. I'm looking forward to seeing how they spend their day.

Hey! I'm glad you brought Cordelia back ... I still haven't seen the whole season 4, only most of season 5.... I hope Angel will get a grip and won't try anything to break Spike and Buffy.. or do something o Spike because he got to get the Shana-whata :-D

This is absolutely amazing, if not only for your portrayal of Angel--my heart went out to him when Cordelia wasn't there. You've pretty much got two storylines going on and I 'm keen on both of them--please keep the chapters coming!

Excellent. I love the pace of this chapter. Great characterizations. Your Buffy, Angel and Spike are so completely believable. I love that Buffy is being honest with herself about her feelings and realizes that even though her words of love to Spike were true, they are in a new place now and need to rediscover one another again. The scenes with Angel were great too...made very good points about his obessions. Definitely has that in common with Angelus. More soon. Don't take so long between postings. lol
