It's either you're an utter genious with a plan for this that is just too difficult to "get" or this is just plain crap that is made out to look good. I'm still quite torn between what to think but I'm leaning more on the latter. This has potential because the writing has potential and not just utterly bad but your tenses are confusing, your typos make the sentences unflowing and your facts are all wrong. Also, if you were garnering more toward a happy ending, you didn't portray that to be the case as well because you didn't give people hope. Your last sentence was "With Angel? Buffy thought, "Yea right." and with that you've shown that Buffy is noncompliant and disbelieving so in effect, you make people doubt that there is a happy ending stored somewhere in the future of the characters. Maybe a non-happy ending was your motive and if it is, then, good job.

You need to get a beta reader so you could generate more readers because as stated on the other reviews, no one really understood what you were saying so a beta reader would be really useful to you.

Thanks for having Buffy be grateful rather than all pissy about the ad. I also really liked Joyce in this chapter. I'm happy that Spike and Buffy are back on the same continent and look forward to their reunion.

OK, I'm picturing planes crashing over the Atlantic, Spike losing his mind and going back to Drusilla, you name it. Don't scare me like that! :) However, a fun cliffhanger I can deal with. For that one you get big hugs, not one smidgen of hate!

And may I say, thank goodness that Buffy wasn't bitchy about Spike's huge favor. I would have had to beat her with one of her finer pieces of artwork. Then realizing it was a piece ordered by a London customer, I would have to hand deliver it to London, where I would run into Spike and he would ask 'where did you get that fine piece of artwork?' and after 5 minutes with me he would fall madly.....

Uh, sorry - the great chapter put me in a fanciful mood! Need sleep.

AHHHHHH!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!! im so happy taht she came to visit him, its so sweet. i really hope that shes there to get back together with him and they become a couple.. i love this story and am sooooo happy that u updated. im so glad that buffy wasnt mad at spike and thought it was so cute wat spike did. also im glad that joyce talked to buffy and that she went to see spike. i really hope that eveything works out this time and that they stay together. please update as soon as u can, cant wait to read more and see wat happens next. thanx
